I’m Gray Jordan. For over 30 years I’ve been turning designs into buildings — as a builder, then as a drafter working alongside architects and engineers on projects from custom homes to Frank Gehry’s Experience Music Project. Today I offer professional 3D BIM drafting services for your Architectural, Structural, or Conceptual designs. I start with a detailed survey of your building or site to create an accurate digital “As-built.” From there, I collaborate with you to build a 3D model of your proposed design, and deliver a construction document set ready for permitting and construction.
